Proof service

Thought Leadership & Customer Proof

Publish ideas and customer stories that sound like the people behind them and stand up to scrutiny.

The job

Say something only your experts could say.

I interview customers, executives and specialists until the real argument appears. Then I check the evidence and make the article, guide, customer story, presentation, webinar or studio programme. AI is useful for transcription, finding passages and preparing adaptations. It does not get the byline, approve the facts or give customer consent.

The work

What I will work through.

Find the argument

I look for a question buyers care about, a point of view the expert really holds and evidence strong enough to carry it.

Record the source

Interviews and source material are kept alongside claims, consent, ownership, caveats and unanswered questions.

Make the main piece

I write or direct the article, guide, customer story, presentation, webinar or programme around that argument.

Reuse what is worth reusing

AI can extract or adapt material for another format. Sources remain attached, and a person checks any change that could alter the meaning.

Good fit

This service usually fits when:

  • Senior experts have a strong view, but every draft still starts with a blank page.
  • Customer successes are discussed in sales calls but are difficult to verify, approve and publish.
  • The content calendar is full, yet little of the work is memorable enough to cite or share.

Examples

A couple of typical situations.

The expert stops starting from scratch

Your situation

A leadership team knows the market well, but every article and presentation begins again from a blank page.

What I change

I record the source material, settle the argument and make the main piece before adapting it for other formats.

What you leave with

An approved point of view, one substantial piece and follow-up material that still sounds like the expert.

Customer results with the evidence attached

Your situation

Customer results come up in sales calls, but the figures, consent and context are hard to pin down.

What I change

I document what the customer approves, separate the evidence from our interpretation and build the story around a buyer question.

What you leave with

A customer story and approved proof excerpts for the website, sales team and future work.

Automation boundary

What can run automatically, and what needs approval.

Can run automatically

  • Transcribe interviews and find supporting passages
  • Group themes, claims and open questions
  • Prepare briefs and scoped format adaptations
  • Check a draft against the approved source material

Needs a person

  • The argument, voice, creative direction and final editorial approval
  • Whether the evidence is accurate, sufficient and fairly used
  • What the customer or expert agrees to publish

The steps

From scope to handover, in three steps.

  1. 01

    Find the story worth telling

We start with a question buyers care about, a real point of view and enough evidence to say something useful.

  2. 02

    Make the main piece

I choose the right format, shape the narrative and check every claim that could affect a buyer's decision.

  3. 03

    Reuse it without flattening it

AI can extract and adapt parts of the work, but the source stays attached and a person reviews anything that changes the meaning.

Typical scope
One editorial or customer-proof programme, one main piece and a defined set of adaptations, approvals and reuse formats.
What your team provides
Access to the experts or customers involved, supporting material, an editorial owner and timely factual, legal, brand and customer approval.
Usually separate
PR placement, paid distribution, event logistics, original research fieldwork and specialist film, photography or design production unless included.
