Six product-marketing problems I work on.
Start with the problem you can already point to. I scope the work around a concrete finish. Each page shows what I automate, what I do myself and who approves the result.

Where is the work losing time or clarity?
Each service stands on its own. Start where the symptoms are clearest; the detail page shows the finish, the boundaries and the parts I would automate.
What buyers experience
Help buyers understand why the product matters.
Set the position, explain it on the website and back it with expert knowledge and customer proof.
- Positioning
Positioning & Product Value
Three teams, three explanations of the same product.
- Starts with
- Product facts, customer evidence and competitor context that do not yet add up to a clear position.
- I build
- The position, value proposition, core messages and claims record for one product or offer.
- Done when
- Product, Marketing and Sales can explain the offer consistently, and one person owns the master version.
- Website
Buyer- and AI-Ready Websites
Buyers reach the site and still cannot tell whether the product fits.
- Starts with
- A website that leaves buyers guessing about fit, value, proof or what to do next.
- I build
- The structure, copy, design, code and publishing setup for the scoped B2B site.
- Done when
- The site is live, Marketing can update it and the important facts are crawlable and easy to retrieve.
- Proof
Thought Leadership & Customer Proof
The expertise exists, but the market cannot see it.
- Starts with
- Experts, customer results or research that deserve more than another generic content brief.
- I build
- The argument, main piece and editorial process for one thought-leadership or customer-proof programme.
- Done when
- The main piece is approved and ready to publish, its claims are documented and the team knows how to reuse it without losing the point.
How the team works
Keep product marketing close to what is changing.
Watch the market, organise launches and use AI to reduce repeated work without giving it the final say.
- Intelligence
Continuous Market Intelligence
The market changes faster than the team learns.
- Starts with
- Buyer, competitor and industry information that arrives late, sits in different tools or never reaches the person who needs it.
- I build
- A working monitor that keeps its sources, uses AI for narrow analysis tasks and sends findings to an analyst.
- Done when
- The team receives cited briefs, knows which findings need action and can run the workflow without me.
- GTM
Go-to-Market & Adoption
The launch is busy. The teams still disagree on the point.
- Starts with
- A product, feature or market move that Product, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success need to explain and support together.
- I build
- The launch brief, plan, messages, enablement and feedback process for one release or initiative.
- Done when
- Each team knows what it owns, what must be true before launch and how feedback will change the plan afterwards.
- Operations
AI Product Marketing Operations
The same product-marketing work is rebuilt every time.
- Starts with
- A recurring research, briefing, launch, content or measurement job that loses its sources and decisions as it moves between tools.
- I build
- One working AI-assisted workflow with clear inputs, human review, tests, recovery steps and an owner.
- Done when
- The workflow has survived real tests, the runbook is written and its owner can change or stop it without calling me.
Optional starting point
Use the audit when everything looks connected.
When several failures overlap, the Marketing Systems Audit traces the current work and picks one build to do first. If you already know the problem, go straight to that service.

Questions before a first call.
- What does Twegs help B2B marketing teams improve?
- I help when buyers cannot see the product's value or the team cannot keep product marketing current. That may show up as stale market intelligence, a hard-to-buy website, a launch losing momentum, expertise without proof or recurring work buried in manual steps.
- Which service should we choose?
- Start with the page that sounds most like your team this week. If several problems overlap and nobody agrees which one comes first, use the Marketing Systems Audit.
- Does Twegs only provide strategy and recommendations?
- No. I finish with something the team can use: for example, a working intelligence workflow, approved positioning, a live website, a launch route, a proof programme or a product-marketing automation. Documentation and handover are included.
- Where does AI fit into the work?
- I use AI to reach a working draft quickly, including workflow JSON, then test it against real records, inspect the failures and fix the workflow one step at a time. Customer-facing claims and commercial decisions still need a named approver.
Talk it through
Describe the current failure.
I will suggest the smallest useful starting point, even if the right answer is not a larger engagement.
